Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education, Children Library Complex in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed competitive tenders for the supply and installation of goods and items including furniture, IT equipment, air conditioning systems, and general items. The tender encompasses an estimated total cost of Rs. 78.78,000 covering lot-wise procurement: Furniture estimated at Rs. 75.78,000 with bid security of Rs. 3,78,900; IT Equipment at Rs. 82,30,000 with bid security of Rs. 4,11,500; Air Conditioner at Rs. 17,50,000 with bid security of Rs. 85,000; and General Items at Rs. 6,42,000 with bid security of Rs. 32,100. This procurement notice is issued under reference CLC/ADN/SC-e/191-U2026 for supply and installation services within Lahore city.
Bidders must be income tax and general sales tax registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, or firms with relevant experience in supplying similar items to government, semi-government, autonomous, educational, or regulated private sector organizations. Bidders are required to submit prior relevant experience documentary evidence of successfully completed projects of similar nature, including purchase orders from reputable clients. Each bidder must provide bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost of their respective lots, calculated exclusively from the publication date. Technical bids without adequate documentary proof of relevant experience or containing unverifiable or misleading information shall be rejected.
Bid documents are available for download from PPRA website and can be obtained electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically by 27 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. Bids remain valid for sixty days from submission date. Further inquiries and queries may be directed to the Admin and Accounts Officer at Children Library Complex, 4-Shahra-e-Aman-e-Tujant, Lahore, during official working hours. The procuring agency reserves the right to verify authenticity of submitted documents and reject any non-responsive bids.
