Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of Boot DMS (Direct Moulded Sole) for its operational personnel under Tender No. R2512/330378. This procurement follows a single-stage, three-envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate sealed envelopes for the Technical Offer, the Financial Offer, and the Bid Security/Earnest Money. Eligible bidders must be reputable manufacturers or authorized suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. A mandatory bank challan of 200 Rupees for DGDP-registered firms or 300 Rupees for non-registered firms is required. All technical proposals must include completed DP-1 and DP-2 forms with compliance remarks against each clause.
