Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation invites sealed bids for hiring webhosting, audio streaming and email services. PBC, established in 1973 as a statutory body under Parliamentary Act No. XXXII-1973, is a public sector state broadcaster headquartered in Islamabad, Federal territory. The corporation operates a vast network of broadcasting and transmitting equipment across major cities to disseminate impartial news, analysis, education, information and entertainment to the general public. This procurement seeks comprehensive digital infrastructure services to support PBC's online operations and content delivery. Detailed scope of work and technical specifications are provided in Annexure A of the bidding documents. Bidders blacklisted by any government organization are ineligible to participate.
Bidders must meet specified qualification and eligibility criteria outlined in Annexure C and demonstrate relevant professional experience through valid client references as per Annexure D. Bid security is required from all participating bidders, and selected vendors must provide performance guarantees before contract execution. All bidders must sign the Integrity Pact and Non-Disclosure Agreement as mandatory conditions for participation. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions governing the procurement process and contract performance.
Bidding documents are available for download from PBC's procurement office located at G-5 Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, Headquarters Building, 2nd floor Room 214. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline of 23 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the specified date and evaluated based on technical merit and financial proposals.
