Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of neon signs, panaflux and try vision signs, and corrugated sign boards and tin boards. This procurement notice is issued under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 with an estimated project value of Rs. 10,00,000 (ten lac rupees). The scope includes supply of neon signs at Rs. 200 per square foot plus material, panaflux and try vision neon signs at Rs. 100 per square foot plus material, and corrugated signs or tin boards at Rs. 50 per square foot plus material. The tender is valid from June 11, 2026 to June 23, 2026, with re-tender dates specified as June 30, 2026 and July 1, 2026 if required. Bids received after the deadline or incomplete submissions shall be rejected summarily.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to register with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or relevant provincial tax authority with a valid certificate of registration. A bid security of one-fourth of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted with the bid. Bidders must provide proof of experience in similar work and comply with all statutory requirements. Only properly sealed and formatted bids meeting all documentary requirements shall be considered for evaluation. Submission of incomplete or late bids will result in automatic rejection without consideration.
Bid documents are available upon request from the office of the University. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Directorate of Procurement at KUST on or before June 23, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
