Description / Scope of Work
The Asia Foundation invites expressions of interest from competent, resourceful, and experienced vendors, suppliers, and firms for pre-qualification to provide goods and services across nine categories during a three-year award period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029. The scope includes office stationery items, printing materials and services, IT equipment, air travel services, electrical items and services, general repair and maintenance, vehicle repair and maintenance, hotel services, and car rental services. All items and services will be procured according to The Asia Foundation's specifications on a need basis. The pre-qualification process is open to firms with relevant experience, capacity, and valid business registration operating in Federal territory, with Islamabad as the operational base. Interested vendors may apply for one or more categories depending on their expertise and established capabilities.
Prospective vendors must possess valid NTN and GST registration certificates as applicable under Pakistani law. All government-applicable taxes will be deducted from service provider payments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Firms must submit their expressions of interest and pre-qualification forms in sealed envelopes with clear labeling of the relevant category. The Asia Foundation reserves the right to evaluate bidders based on their technical qualifications, financial capacity, past performance, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ability to meet organizational specifications. Proposals failing to meet the stated requirements may be rejected without further consideration.
The pre-qualification form is available exclusively via email from nasib.zada@asiafoundation.org, where all queries and clarifications will also be addressed. Sealed proposals clearly marked with "Pre-Qualifications for relevant category" must reach The Asia Foundation office at EOBI House, 3rd Floor, Block 32-34, Mauve Area, I & T Center, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad, Pakistan by June 25, 2026.
