How We Collect, Verify & Analyse Tenders

Every tender on PakistanTender goes through the same pipeline: daily collection, structured digitisation, automated quality gates, and human editorial oversight. This page explains exactly how it works — and how to report an error.

1. Where our tenders come from

We monitor Pakistani procurement sources every working day:

Each tender records its source (which portal or newspaper it appeared in) and, where available, a link to the original document — shown on the tender page so you can always check the primary source.

2. How notices are digitised

Scanned notices and portal documents are converted into structured records — title, issuing organisation, reference number, category, region, publication and closing dates — by our automated digitisation pipeline, then normalised against our category and source lists. Every record keeps the full notice summary so nothing is lost in extraction.

3. Quality gates (what we reject)

4. The analysis layer

On tender pages you will see a "For Bidders: Our Analysis" section. This is PakistanTender's independent commentary — what the tender means for a bidder, apparent scale, eligibility signals, and practical catches (tight deadlines, restricted lists, mandatory site visits). It is clearly separated from the official notice and is guidance, not legal advice: the original tender document always prevails.

5. Corrections

Found an error — wrong date, wrong organisation, a broken document link, or analysis that misreads a notice? Email info@pakistantender.com or WhatsApp +92 311 1687701 with the tender link. Verified corrections are applied within one working day; every tender page also carries a "Report an error" link.
