Description / Scope of Work
The Purchase Department of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of housekeeping store items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national procurement of goods using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bidding process will be conducted entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0), with the procurement reference number P53021. The scope includes supply of various housekeeping store items required for PIMS Hospital operations in Islamabad Capital Territory during the financial year 2026-27.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
