Description / Scope of Work
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, a public sector bank headquartered in Islamabad, invites open auction bids for the disposal of motorcycles through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADs) version 2.0. The auction concerns forty-three Honda and Yamaha motorcycles manufactured between 2005 and 2015, offered on an as-is-where-is basis. The motorcycles are located at GT-A, Abdal Road, ZTBL Regional Office, Multan, and inspection is available from 10:00 to 16:00 hours on working days Monday to Friday prior to auction. The reserve price applies without tax, and all motorcycles shall be sold subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the auction notice.
Eligible bidders must participate in the open auction via the PPRA EPADs System Version 2.0 at www.epaids.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit a pay order or bank draft as bid security amounting to not less than Rs. 200,000 per motorcycle, drawn in favour of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited. Cross cheques shall not be accepted. Original bid security documents must be submitted to the Original Bid Security address or designated office at the Regional Office, Multan, before the bid submission deadline of 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Bid documents can be obtained from the e-procurement portal at www.epaids.gov.pk. The successful bidder must deposit the full amount within seven days of award notification; failure to deposit triggers bid security forfeiture. Bid opening is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 11:30 AM.
