Description / Scope of Work
Hashoo Foundation invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms, companies, and scrap dealers for the purchase of 556 new and used Zong Bolt Internet Devices on an As Is, Where Is basis. The auction comprises 308 new units and 249 used devices. The Zong Bolt Plus (MF25) is a portable 4G LTE hotspot featuring download speeds up to 150 Mbps with plug-and-play connectivity for up to 10 wireless devices simultaneously. The auction is being conducted in Islamabad, Federal Province. Interested bidders must submit sealed bids clearly mentioning the quoted unit rate and total bid value before the submission deadline. Bids must be complete and submitted on time; incomplete or late bids will not be considered. The successful bidder will be responsible for collection and transportation of items at their own cost. The auctioned items will be handed over only after full payment has been received in full.
Bidders are eligible to participate including individuals, businesses, companies, and registered scrap dealers. There are no specific license requirements mentioned in the tender document. Sealed quotations must be submitted to Umeed e Noor Building, Plot 02, Street 02, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad before 5:00 PM on Thursday, 09 July 2026. Device inspection is available from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
