Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced, and reputable firms for a three-year open framework agreement to supply general order services. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. PIDE has already pre-qualified vendors for general order supply services and is now inviting additional reputed vendors to enhance quality, efficiency, and ensure timely completion of work while better managing the workload. Existing pre-qualified vendors remain qualified and eligible to participate in upcoming work without resubmitting bids.
Interested firms must be registered with the sales tax department and hold a national tax number (NTN). They must have offices or operational setups in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. A bid security of Rs. 20,000 (refundable) must be submitted in hard form as a call deposit receipt in favor of PIDE, Islamabad. Bidders are required to provide evidence of work experience in relevant fields, previous reputation and work completion certificates, and submit an undertaking on legal e-stamp paper confirming they have not been blacklisted by any organization or establishment.
Bidders must submit their technical proposals in sealed envelopes on or before July 21, 2026 by 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee PIDE in the presence of vendors. PIDE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
