Description / Scope of Work
The Health & Population Department of Punjab is inviting bids for a framework contract to procure Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Internet connectivity services for the Health Information & Service Delivery Unit (HISDU). This procurement is intended to provide robust network infrastructure and internet services to support the health department's information systems and service delivery operations across Punjab province. The framework contract covers the fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28, enabling flexible engagement with qualified service providers to ensure reliable, uninterrupted connectivity for critical health information systems.
Eligible bidders must be registered telecommunications or internet service providers with valid licenses from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or relevant regulatory bodies. Bidders should have demonstrated experience in providing MPLS and broadband connectivity services to government or large institutional customers. A bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet, and bidders must meet all technical and financial qualifications outlined in the bidding documents. All bidders must comply with procurement rules and demonstrate their legal capacity to execute the contract.
