For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Three separate lots of surplus/waste materials being auctioned by a public university: batteries (1.5 tons), paper waste with newspapers (5.8 tons), and mixed scrap including iron, tyres, and e-waste (1.7 tons combined).
Total estimated value roughly 619k PKR across lots suggests small-scale asset recovery operation rather than procurement. Lot-wise bidding allows participation at different scales. As-is-where-is condition typical of institutional auctions; inspection access provided but logistics of bulk material movement falls on bidder. Relatively tight 11-month timeline from notice to closure.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN certificate from FBR. SECP registration status not explicitly stated but typically required for business entities. No PEC category applicable (non-construction). Must provide lot-wise security deposits via pay order. Bring CNIC for inspection.
