The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore (UVAS) invites expressions of interest for outsourcing of two key assets on framework contract basis under Tender No. 0001/2026-27. Lot 1 comprises the outsourcing of the UVAS Feed Mill located at Ravi Campus, Pattoki, with a contract period from the start date through 30th June 2031 and extendable for further years with mutual consent. Lot 2 involves outsourcing of 25 acres of agricultural land at KBCMA CVAS, Narwoal, with a contract period from the start date through 30th June 2028 and similarly extendable. Both lots are offered under framework contract arrangements in Punjab province, providing interested operators with medium to long-term operational opportunities in the veterinary and agricultural sectors.
Eligible bidders must meet the qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents, including relevant experience in feed milling operations or agricultural land management respectively. Bidders are required to provide documents establishing eligibility, conformity to specifications, and financial capacity. Bid security provisions apply as specified in Section 2.3.7 of the Instructions to Bidders.
