Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of air conditioning units, LED lighting systems, AI camera sets, multimedia systems, and inverter units with lithium battery technology. This national-level procurement is being conducted on a single-stage, one-envelope basis through a competitive bidding process. The supplies are required for HAZECO operations in the Hazara Division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, with the procuring office located at HAZECO Headquarters in Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad, Abbottabad District.
Eligible bidders must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the bid data sheet and possess relevant experience and financial capacity to supply the required goods. Bidders are required to submit a bid security declaration as part of their submission and must comply with all conditions of contract including general and special conditions. The bidding process requires submission of complete documentation including technical specifications, price schedules, and required forms such as the integrity pact, performance guarantee form, and no-litigation certificate.
