Earnest Money (Call Deposit): PKR 2,000,000 per lot. It must be submitted before the bidding in the form of a bank call deposit favoring the Cantonment Executive Officer, Sialkot. Cash is not acceptable. (Refundable to all except the first and second highest bidders). Immediate Security Deposit: The successful bidder must deposit $\frac{1}{4}$ ($25\%$) of the bid amount immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money.
