Earnest Money (Call Deposit): PKR 500,000 must be submitted in the form of a bank draft/call deposit before the bidding starts. Cash is strictly unacceptable. Security Deposit: The successful bidder must deposit $25\%$ of the total bid amount as a security deposit (refundable) upon completion of the auction. This will not be adjusted against monthly installments. Second-Highest Bidder: The call deposit of the second-highest bidder will be retained by the office until the successful bidder deposits their $25\%$ security amount.
