Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the provision and fitting of an AC cabinet with 4-ton capacity, café wooden counter, LED lights and miscellaneous items for Model Town Society in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under single stage single envelope bidding procedure and is open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The detailed scope of work includes installation and completion of all specified items to meet the society's infrastructure requirements.
Bidders must possess valid enlistment with Model Town Society to be eligible for participation. The tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request. Clarifications regarding the bid documents and project specifications can be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular business hours. All bidders are required to submit complete and unambiguous proposals in accordance with the tender requirements.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the office address before 1:00 P.M on 23 July 2026. Bid opening will take place one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee, with authorized bidder representatives invited to attend. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to formal acceptance.
