Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites e-bids on a National Competitive Bidding basis for the supply of various materials including air conditioners (1.5 ton), LED display (85 inch), AI camera set, multimedia system, and 10 KVA inverter with 16 KVA lithium battery. The tender is issued under reference SCM-01 for the fiscal year 2026-27 with quantities ranging from 1 to 25 units depending on the item. The procurement is conducted on an FCS (Free Delivery to Company Store) basis as per specified quantities and location requirements. HAZECO, headquartered at Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad in Balochistan, seeks eligible manufacturers and suppliers to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Only e-bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal Portal (https://evendors.epads.gov.pk) are acceptable. Bidders must register with EPADS and follow all prescribed procedures laid down in PPRA regulations. All bids must include bid security in the name of HAZARA ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED ABBOTTABAD as mentioned in bidding documents. The original bid security must be delivered to the Manager (SCM) at HAZECO office, and a scanned copy uploaded with the e-bid on EPADS. Bid security shall remain valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity date, and incomplete or conditional bids shall be rejected outright.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal and the HAZECO website (www.hazeco.com.pk) as well as the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk). The submission deadline is 23 July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM on a single-stage single-envelope basis in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
