Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO), the largest oil marketing company in Pakistan, is inviting qualified contractors to enter into a Framework Agreement for PSO Model Shop Development at Hi-Street locations across the South, Central and North Regions. This Open Framework Agreement constitutes a standing offer by the Contractor to PSO for the supply of goods and related services for model shop development at Hi-Street retail outlets. The Agreement will remain in force throughout its Term, with PSO issuing Call-off Contracts as and when required for specific projects. The scope includes construction work, installation, technical specifications, warranties and delivery of services in accordance with the company's requirements across multiple regions of Pakistan.
Eligible contractors must have successfully passed the pre-qualification process advertised via press advertisement and SAP Ariba platform. Contractors are required to meet all pre-qualification criteria and technical specifications as outlined in the tender documents. The Agreement incorporates the Framework Agreement, Pre-qualification Process and Criteria, Technical Specifications and Warranties, Instructions to Bidders, and Terms and Conditions C-06 of Call-Off Contract, which jointly constitute the entire Agreement.
