For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Army is procuring miscellaneous aviation spares through batched purchase orders across FY 2026-27 rather than lump sum.
Scale appears medium-to-large given annual budgeting and 30/90-day delivery splits for local/foreign sourcing. Critical constraint: firms with pending prior-year deliveries are barred—suggests past performance scrutiny is tight. Rates locked until June 2027 indicates long commitment window. This is recurring annual procurement but structured flexibly by batches, reducing upfront capital risk versus typical lump tenders.
Who can bid: Must hold NTN certificate and be registered with Central Aviation Spares Depot or possess valid Military Intelligence Directorate security clearance for Army interaction. Firms with outstanding prior-year deliveries are ineligible. Typically, SECP registration and sector-specific certifications apply; defence procurement adds security vetting layers not standard in commercial tenders.
