Deadline to Purchase Tender: July 27, 2026, by 10:00 AM. Tender Opening / Auction Time: July 27, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Contract End Date: June 30, 2027. Starting Bid (Minimum): Rs. 100,000. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR): A fresh CDR of Rs. 25,000 must be submitted in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Government THQ Hospital, Shahpur to participate. Payment Terms: The successful bidder must immediately deposit the entire bid value into Government Account No. 6 using a challan form. Failure to do so will result in the contract shifting to the second-highest bidder, and the CDR of Rs. 25,000 will be forfeited to the state treasury. Authorized Parking FeesCycles: Rs. 10 per entry. Motorcycles: Rs. 20 per entry. Suzuki Cars / Carry Vans / Small Cars: Rs. 30 per entry. Hiace / Shehzore / Toyota Trucks: Rs. 50 per entry. Key Operational Terms & RulesStaffing: Parking staff must wear uniforms and be registered with the hospital administration. Exemptions: Hospital staff and emergency patients are completely exempt from paying any parking fees. Record Keeping: The contractor must maintain an entry/exit register at the barrier. Failure to maintain this register will result in a Rs. 1,000 per day fine. Traffic Control: A designated staff member equipped with a whistle must actively manage and organize traffic and vehicle parking inside the premises during rush hours. Theft & Damages: In the event of vehicle theft, both the owner and the contractor share joint responsibility. The MS will issue a binding decision regarding compensation, which must be settled within one week. If an inquiry proves someone falsely claimed their vehicle was stolen to pin liability on the contractor, the vehicle's market value will be recovered and deposited into the government treasury. Cancellation Clause: If the Punjab Health and Population Welfare Department issues a central contract or makes changes to provincial policies, this contract can be modified or terminated immediately.
