The Office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Yazman in Bahawalpur District, Punjab is inviting sealed bids for the auction of a parking stand contract for the financial year 2026-27. The contract is valid from the date of award until 30 June 2027 or until an outsourcing firm from the Project Management Unit Lahore joins, whichever is earlier. The basic auction amount is Rs. 1,583,083 and the contract will be awarded to the highest bidder. Free parking will be provided to hospital staff. The contractor must charge rates as notified by the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department and display signage accordingly.
Eligibility requirements include submission of an attested copy of CNIC, original receipt of tender purchase, bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a CDR, attested copies of National Tax Certificate and active tax payer certificate, attested government firm registration certificate, and income tax returns for the previous financial year July 2025 to June 2026. Bidders must provide affidavits on stamp paper confirming non-blacklist status and willingness to fulfill contract terms. All documents must be duly attested and fake documents will result in contract cancellation and forfeiture of deposited amounts.
Tender documents are available for purchase at Rs. 1,000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted by 12:30 PM on 20 July 2026, with the auction commencing at 1:00 PM the same day. The contractor must pay taxes including PST/PRA and income tax above the contract amount in four quarterly installments, with the first installment of 25 percent due within three days of the advance acceptance letter. Late payment penalties of Rs. 200 per day up to 10 days and Rs. 500 per day up to 20 days apply.
