Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, invites expressions of interest from qualified advertising agencies for the appointment of Advertising Agencies to handle display advertisements, publicity assignments, and related services for a period of two years. This open competition is being conducted by the Ministry of Railways, Pak-Secretariat in Islamabad and is designed to select capable agencies capable of managing comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple media platforms. The scope of work encompasses display advertisement management, event management, and related promotional activities for Pakistan Railways' advertising requirements throughout the country. All advertising agencies enlisted with the Press Information Department (PID), Government of Pakistan, excluding suspended or blacklisted agencies, are eligible to submit their credentials. Interested agencies must provide their profiles, designs, and artwork for print, electronic, digital, and social media advertising as well as outdoor advertising capabilities. Submissions should include evidence of experience in display advertising, event management, and related services. The selection and appointment of advertising agencies will be conducted in strict accordance with the Guidelines and Procedure of Advertisement Policy 2021 issued by the Press Information Department.
