Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Chiniot invites sealed electronic bids from eligible contractors, firms, and manufacturers for the execution of works related to making a green belt road in Faisalabad for MC Chiniot. The project is estimated at Rs. 11,000,000 and represents a significant infrastructure development initiative in Punjab. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Provincial Revenue Authority, and relevant bodies under the Punjab e-Procurement framework. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security deposit of Rs. 550,000 in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, or demand draft made payable to Municipal Committee Chiniot. Each applicant may apply for multiple projects by submitting separate requests with unique and non-identical requisites, provided they have adequate working experience, financial soundness, and resources for each project. Electronic bids must be uploaded on the same portal before the submission deadline of 04.08.2026 at 01:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 04.08.2026 at 02:00 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the submission date. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. The lowest bidder will be required to provide quality assurance security from a scheduled bank within 15 days of notice issuance.
