Description / Scope of Work
The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is seeking to hire an independent transaction advisor firm to provide comprehensive legal, financial and technical evaluation services for a revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding the amalgamation of three major projects: OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. This is a consultancy services procurement under the national competitive bidding method using single stage two envelope procedure. The assignment is located at the OPF Head Office in Islamabad, Federal Territory, and requires specialized expertise in evaluating complex real estate amalgamation transactions involving multiple properties and stakeholders.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant professional qualifications, experience in similar transaction advisory assignments, and financial stability. Interested firms should review the detailed Terms of Reference (TORs), required service specifications and evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP document. Bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration or bank guarantee is required from all bidders as per the Bid Data Sheet specifications.
