PAA seeks a national-scope legal consultant for operational and strategic advisory work, based at Sindh HQ.
This is specialized advisory engagement (not staff augmentation), requiring demonstrated aviation/corporate law expertise and contract management capability. The 18-month runway to August 2026 deadline suggests PAA is building internal legal capacity or addressing a specific compliance gap. Scale appears medium—single consultant role, not a large multi-resource engagement. Recurring nature unclear, but aviation sector regulatory complexity suggests potential for extension.
Who can bid: Typically requires NTN and SECP registration for legal firms or sole practitioners. Must demonstrate substantial prior legal consultancy experience, specifically in aviation regulations, corporate law, administrative law, and contract management. Credentials of named consultant and key personnel must be evidenced. Integrity Pact signature mandatory. PEC registration not applicable (services, not construction).
