Wah Industries Limited, a leading manufacturing enterprise in Punjab, Pakistan, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of standard cutting tools comprising 18 items under tender enquiry reference 0221/FP/55/MAA/155MM WIL New Project-2025-26. This procurement is for the new project planned for 2025-26 and is open to qualified suppliers and vendors. The tender documents are available at the POF Bid Center located in Wah Cantt, and the submission deadline is strictly 30 August 2026. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes with proper reference inscriptions to ensure compliance and timely processing of bids.
Qualified bidders are required to submit offers in two separate sealed parts: a technical offer without price containing specifications, technical details, delivery schedules and validity information, and a commercial offer with price indicating payment terms and supply mode. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of opening of commercial offers and should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantities. Established and reputable firms with a history of supplying similar cutting tools may be exempt from providing tender samples, while other suppliers must accompany their offers with tender samples strictly according to specifications. All offers must be based on CFR Karachi pricing terms, and the country of origin and port of shipment must be clearly stated in the quotation.

Bidders may witness the tender opening by sending a duly authorized representative. Late submissions will not be entertained, and envelopes lacking proper reference numbering may be returned unopened.
