For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NGC seeks consultancy firms for supervision of a 67km, 220kV double-circuit transmission line project linking Mohammad Dam HPP to Nowshera Industrial Grid Station in Sindh.
Scope spans invoice verification, testing, and commissioning—a high-value advisory role rather than construction execution. This is infrastructure-critical work under NCB rules; the extended closure (Aug 2026) and same-day technical opening suggest a moderately complex qualification process. Single project, not recurring. Bidder must demonstrate prior experience supervising comparable HV transmission works.
Who can bid: Typically, consultancy bidders require SECP registration (pvt/public company) and valid NTN. PEC registration not explicitly mandated for consultancy but often preferred for technical credibility. NGC website and e-PADS portal specify detailed eligibility criteria; bidders must verify compliance before submission. Foreign firms may be eligible under NCB framework if criteria permit.
