Description / Scope of Work
National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has issued a Request for Bids for the procurement of parts of OTIS Lifts installed at the NICL Building, Karachi, under reference NICL/Procurement/2026/20 with tender ID P61562. Funds for this procurement have been reserved for FY 2026-27, and the contract falls under the category of goods procurement. The tender covers supply of specific lift spare parts required for maintenance of OTIS elevators at the NICL Building located on Abbasi Shaheed Road, Civil Line Sub-Division, Karachi South, Sindh Province, and is being processed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
