For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
MEPCO is procuring a single HT steel structure of specified dimensions for infrastructure or distribution network use. The requirement is modest in scale—a one-off supply contract for a single structural component rather than a framework or recurring order. The tight deadline (closing 3 August 2026) leaves limited preparation time. Bidders should verify they hold current SECP/NTN registration and can source or fabricate 34'-8" HT steel structures to MEPCO's technical specifications. Competition likely comes from established industrial suppliers familiar with utility procurement compliance.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with SECP (for companies/partnerships) or relevant authority, hold valid FBR NTN, and possess current trade licenses. Typically, suppliers of industrial/structural goods to utilities must demonstrate technical capacity, financial stability and no record of blacklisting by public authorities. PEC registration is not indicated as mandatory for goods supply.
