Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Kohistan Upper, invites sealed tenders for three packages of uplifting, beautification and infrastructure works totalling PKR 108 million. Package-1 (PKR 70 million) covers uplifting and beautification activities at UC Komila, Bariyar, Sazeen, Goshali and Harban. Package-2 (PKR 20 million) focuses on uplifting and beautification at LG Colony UC Komila. Package-3 (PKR 18 million) comprises construction of water channels, drains and sanitation facilities across multiple locations including Khan to Jamra, Muslim Kot, Thapar to Jhamra Lohi, Jalkot Village and Abdul Wadood Youdain Khail. These development works address water management, sanitation infrastructure and public space improvement in the district.
Tenders are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bidders must provide earnest money deposits at 2% of estimated cost: PKR 1.4 million (Package-1), PKR 400,000 (Package-2) and PKR 360,000 (Package-3). Bid security shall be in the form of a call deposit in favour of the Assistant Director Senior, Local Government and Rural Development Department Kohistan Upper, as per KPPRA Notification S.R.O.(29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated 29th October 2025.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Bidders must submit electronic tenders via EPADS and also send hard copies in sealed envelopes containing separate Technical Proposals and Financial Proposals to the Office of Assistant Director Senior LG & RDD, District Council Road Komila via registered courier. The closing date for electronic tender submission is 4th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be evaluated first, and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
