Description / Scope of Work
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Material Management Directorate, invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from eligible consultants and consortium firms for hiring a consultant to calculate technical losses of the transmission and transformation network for fiscal year 2024-25 or any subsequent updated period. The engagement is for an international consultant or consortium firm with reference P66179. This procurement is planned under FESCO's FY 2026-27 budget allocation and is intended to provide comprehensive loss assessment across FESCO's network infrastructure in Faisalabad, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform and registered with relevant regulatory authorities. All proposals must include bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
