THQ Hospital Chichawatni, operating under the Health & Population Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed online bids for a framework contract of medical gases procurement during 2026-2027. The tender covers supply of compressed medical oxygen in two specifications (48 CFT at 10 cylinders per month and 240 CFT at 350 cylinders per month), nitrous oxide cylinders in large size (5 cylinders per year) and small size (10 cylinders per year). The total estimated contract value is PKR 12,000,000, with bid submissions conducted via the Punjab e-Procurement System. This is a one-year framework agreement with estimated monthly and annual consumption patterns clearly defined for hospital operational planning.
Eligible bidders must be suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized sales and service dealers holding valid licences as required for the respective items. Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement website and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Sealed online bids must be submitted to THQ Hospital Chichawatni on or before 11:00 a.m. on 6th August 2026. Online bid opening will occur at 11:30 a.m. on the same date in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders are instructed to submit best and final prices as no negotiations will follow.
