Furniture Supply for Sales Managers – State Life Insurance Sukkur

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sukkur Zone invites sealed bids through E-PADS under single stage single envelope procedure for the purchasing of furniture items for Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers. The procurement includes office tables, revolving chairs, visiting chairs, wooden side racks and steel file cabinets with quantities totalling 216 units. The scope covers supply of items to field offices within the Sukkur Zone, located in Sindh province. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue.

Eligible bidders must be GST registered suppliers with valid NTN and GST Payer Numbers. A security deposit equal to 5% of the total tender value must be submitted. Bidders are required to provide copies of their NTN and GST registration along with the tender submission. The Corporation reserves the right to forfeit the security deposit if sub-standard products are supplied, and will deduct applicable Income Tax and GST from the contract value as per government policy.

Bidding documents are available free of cost from State Life Sukkur Zone, HR&Admin Ground Floor, State Life Building Minara Road Sukkur and through the SLIC website. All bids must be submitted through E-PAD 2.0 portal on or before 13-08-2026 at 11:00 am, with opening scheduled for 11:30 am the same day. Sealed CDR envelopes must be physically posted or couriered to the Secretary Zonal Procurement Committee at State Life Building, Minara Road, Sukkur.
