For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

LESCO is procuring complete steel structure installation services for a 45-foot HT structure at a 132 KV grid station in Lahore.
This appears to be a moderate-scale civil and structural works contract covering excavation, foundation work, assembly and erection, with earthing and backfill. The single-stage, one-envelope format suggests a relatively straightforward evaluation process. Bidders should note the tight deadline and requirement to demonstrate previous experience with similar high-tension electrical infrastructure projects.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered contractors with relevant construction authority credentials. Typically, PEC registration (Category A or B for civil/structural works) is required for work of this nature in Pakistan. NTN and SECP registration are standard. The notice does not explicitly state restrictions but requires evidence of past similar construction experience and integrity pact signature.
