Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed competitive tenders for construction and installation of tubewells along with water supply distribution system and upgradation of filtration plants at Media Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 13,234,675 with a completion period of 30 days. This infrastructure development project aims to enhance water supply capacity and treatment facilities in the Media Town area through modern tube well installation, comprehensive distribution network development, and filtration plant upgrades to serve the local community effectively.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant construction category and simultaneously registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System with active taxpayer status from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for the financial year 2026-27. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Current PPRA Rules apply strictly; any violation will result in automatic bid rejection. Manual bids are not acceptable under any circumstances.

Interested bidders must upload their bids electronically by 27 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with public opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
