Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision, supply and installation of interactive screens with comprehensive support. The tender is issued under a single stage one envelope procedure with a bid security requirement of two percent. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 non-refundable and must be paid via pay order or demand draft in favour of IBA Karachi. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM at IBA Main Campus in Karachi, Sindh Province, to allow bidders to inspect the installation location and understand project requirements.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities and hold valid NTN and SRB or GST registration. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft drawn in favour of IBA Karachi. Both the tender document and bid security copy must be uploaded on SPPRA EPADS portal, while the original bid security and signed tender document must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, before the bid opening schedule. IBA Karachi reserves the right to reject any bid or cancel the bidding process subject to SPP Rules 2010.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from August 21, 2026 onwards. The tender fee challan must be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. Bids are accepted from August 21 to September 4, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and will be opened on September 4, 2026 at 3:30 PM at IBA Main Campus.
