Federal Government Teaching Hospital, Islamabad (FGTH), a major healthcare institution in the federal capital, seeks qualified entrepreneurs to operate and manage a purpose-built canteen and coffee shop facility spanning 2,300 square feet. The contract is offered under specified terms and conditions with mutual consent requirements, located within the hospital premises to serve patients, visitors and staff. The scope includes provision of breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout operating hours (7–10 am breakfast service, all-day snacks and coffee, and 10 am–5 pm lunch service), with a detailed menu specification including items such as tea, roti, vegetables, meat preparations, daal, salads and desserts. The contractor must maintain strict hygiene, food safety and quality standards under hospital and health department regulations. The contract term is three months renewable subject to satisfactory performance. The contractor bears full responsibility for equipment maintenance, repairs, cleanliness and loss or damage to hospital property.
