Prequalification tender for framework supply of Chromebook bags to a federal education ministry over 2026-27.
Appears to be a recurring/standing requirement rather than one-off procurement, suggesting potential for repeat orders. The tight 30-minute gap between closure and opening (10:00 to 10:30 a.m. on the same day) is standard for sealed bids. Bidders need FBR registration, ATL status, and EPADS enrollment—core compliance barriers. Manufacturer authorization certificates required for dealers suggests direct suppliers may face less competition.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with FBR (Income Tax and Sales Tax), be on the Active Tax Payer List, hold valid GST/NTN and AGPR Vendor Numbers, and be enrolled on PPRA's EPADS platform. Authorized dealers must submit manufacturer authorization certificates. Individuals and partnership firms likely eligible if registered; government-owned enterprises must be legally authorized by their competent forum. No bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings.
