Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (Real Estate Division) is seeking bids for the annual contract for servicing and maintenance of seven passenger lifts installed across State Life Buildings 1-B, 1-C, 3, and 9 in Karachi, Sindh. This non-consultancy services contract has been budgeted under the FY 2026-27 procurement plan. The scope encompasses comprehensive lift maintenance, servicing, and operational support for all seven units distributed across the four Karachi locations.
