Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of cement under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2170224 (P100165) with reserved funds allocated for FY 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement of goods to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope format with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is open to all eligible bidders registered on the EPADS platform, and full bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available online.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security either in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding process follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority. Interested vendors who are not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 can register themselves on the vendor portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ to become eligible for participation.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
