306 Spares Depot Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Quetta Cantonment invites quotations for the supply of tyres, tubes and batteries under Invitation Tender Number 5 for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is issued under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority framework and covers brand new items sourced from approved suppliers across Pakistan. The tender is open to registered defence and civilian vendors capable of meeting technical and quality specifications. Delivery is required throughout Balochistan Province with rates applicable nationwide, though separate regional quotations may be submitted for areas outside Balochistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with 306 Spares Depot or any other Defence organization and security-cleared by General Headquarters. Firms quoting genuine or OEM products must provide authorized dealership letters. An IT fee of Rs 5,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order must accompany each quotation in the name of Commandant 306 Spares Depot. Bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the total bidding amount is mandatory as per PPRA rules. Quotations must include country of origin and brand for each item; submissions without this information will be rejected. For imported items, an agency agreement copy is required to prove the firm's capability to supply from the principal manufacturer.
Quotations must be submitted in two sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, accompanied by separate CDs or USB drives for each. The deadline for submission is 1000 hours on 22 September 2026 at the tender box located at 306 Spares Depot, Quetta. The tender will be opened at 1100 hours on the same date. Rates must be valid until 31 December 2027 and must be inclusive of all government taxes including General Sales Tax and Income Tax. Advance samples will be required for quality assessment, and bulk supply will commence only after technical approval by the Technical Oversight Board or Quality Assurance Department.
