Description / Scope of Work
The Planning and Development Board, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of a Wi-Fi solution on a turnkey basis. This procurement covers complete wireless networking infrastructure deployment including access points, controllers, cabling and network hardware required to establish enterprise-grade Wi-Fi coverage across P&D Board facilities in Punjab. The project encompasses detailed site surveys, design, procurement of all necessary equipment, professional installation, full system configuration, testing and commissioning with handover documentation and training. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and possess demonstrated experience in similar large-scale Wi-Fi deployments for institutional or government clients.
Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders section, including valid registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and a valid National Tax Number (NTN). All bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Technical qualifications must demonstrate prior successful implementation of comparable Wi-Fi infrastructure projects. Bidders should verify their eligibility under the procurement rules before submission. The government reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to vary quantities at the time of award.

Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the specified format and sealing requirements before the deadline of 21 September 2026. Bids will be opened on the scheduled date at the board's office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical evaluation will be conducted followed by financial evaluation of qualified bids.
