The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (SMBB) Institute of Trauma in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the comprehensive operation, running, repair, and maintenance of its critical infrastructure. The scope of work includes the electrical systems, power generation units, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and the integrated Building Management System (BMS) to ensure 24/7 hospital functionality. Additionally, the contract covers general building maintenance, including civil works, plumbing, RO plant operations, and gas boiler maintenance. This multi-disciplinary facility management tender is aimed at firms capable of providing round-the-clock technical support for a high-traffic trauma center. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), possess a valid NTN, and demonstrate extensive experience in maintaining complex healthcare or industrial facilities. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 18 May 2026."
