Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in Islamabad invites sealed tenders for specialized civil works involving excavation for earthing systems and the spreading of gravel at the 132KV Grid Station Shakrial, Rawalpindi. This project, identified under tender reference NCB-230, is funded under the Multi-Year Tariff with an estimated budget of Rs. 6,475,775. The scope of work includes technical excavation for electrical grounding, site preparation, and the professional application of gravel layers to ensure safety and operational compliance at the high-voltage station. Eligible contractors with experience in electrical infrastructure and civil works for utility companies are encouraged to apply. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and use the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the portal by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026."
