Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Haripur, KPK invites sealed tenders for essential municipal services including the rental of excavator machines and dumpers specifically for Eid-ul-Azha Operations 2026. The tender also encompasses a second package for the one-time clearing of old waste dumps and the comprehensive desilting of drains within the city's jurisdiction to improve urban sanitation. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the applicable category and maintain active taxpayer status with both FBR and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The procurement follows a single-stage-one-envelope method through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Interested contractors must submit a 2% bid security and ensure that all equipment rates for Package 1 are inclusive of fuel and operator charges. Electronic bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal no later than 08 May 2026."
