Attock Refinery Limited in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the disposal of various industrial waste materials on an 'as is, where is' basis. The scope of work includes the disposal of sludge from Tank-3A, Tank-3, and C-Separator, along with sludge recovered from distillation units and ETP-II including drums. Additionally, the tender covers the disposal of waste bitumen with drums under a rate running contract for 12 months. Parties interested in this environmental service must be registered with the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and present a valid EPA certificate to obtain the bidding documents. Material inspection is available at the refinery premises in Morgah from April 27 to May 05, 2026, during standard working hours. Bidding documents can be collected from the Manager Procurement upon a non-refundable payment of Rs. 300. All interested and certified contractors must submit their sealed bids by the closing date of May 05, 2026."
