The Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), through the Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Board, is conducting an open oral auction for the disposal of old whole and broken bricks. The auction will be held at the Alfalah Building on The Mall, Lahore. This sale is on an 'as is where is' basis, targeting individuals or contractors interested in salvaged construction materials. Participants are required to deposit a cash bid security of Rs. 10,000 before the start of the auction. The successful bidder must pay one-third of the total amount on the auction day, with the remaining balance due the following working day. Responsibilities for loading, unloading, and immediate removal of the goods lie solely with the purchaser. Tax will be applied as per FBR prescribed rates for filers and non-filers. Inspection of the material is available at the venue on May 5th and 6th during business hours. The auction is scheduled to commence at 11:30 AM on 11 May 2026."
