The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations for solar structure inspection services at its Main Campus located on University Road. This project, referenced under RFQ-003686, requires specialized service providers to conduct a comprehensive structural assessment of the existing solar installations. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 30 April 2026, at 11:00 AM to allow prospective bidders to evaluate the scope of work firsthand. Bidders must coordinate with the focal person, Mr. Hassan Ilyas, prior to the submission deadline. All quoted rates must remain final and inclusive of all applicable government taxes, including a 0.35 percent stamp duty on the total purchase order value. Payment will be processed via crossed cheque following the successful delivery of services and final inspection. The deadline for the submission of quotations is 3:00 PM on 4 May 2026, and late deliveries will be subject to liquidity damages of two percent per month.
