Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the hiring of a qualified firm to provide comprehensive training for Arazi Record Centers and Field Revenue Staff. This project is a key component of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) initiative and is funded by the World Bank. The procurement process will follow national competitive bidding using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as defined by the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible bidders are required to provide a bid security of 1,000,000 PKR to participate. Bidding documents in English can be downloaded from the official PULSE website, and further technical clarifications can be obtained from the Procurement Specialist at the New Garden Town office. All completed bids must be physically delivered to the designated address by 11:00 AM on June 3, 2026. Electronic submissions are not permitted, and late bids will be rejected. A public bid opening will take place immediately after the submission deadline in the presence of authorized representatives.
